The Project
Our heating engineers installed a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28 CDi combi boiler at a property in Clifton, Bristol, using an existing cupboard so the boiler and pipework stay together in one place. The Greenstar 28 CDi is a gas combi that provides central heating and hot water on demand, with no separate hot water cylinder.
The Installation
As Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers, we fitted the boiler against a timber-backed wall inside the cupboard, with copper pipework arranged neatly beneath it. The white flue runs from the top of the boiler through the adjoining wall.
A black magnetic system filter sits below the boiler to capture circulating magnetic debris and reduce the risk of it building up in the heating system.
Heating Controls
A wall-mounted Bosch heating control is positioned alongside the boiler, giving the homeowner a convenient way to manage the heating. The exact features depend on the control model installed.
