Why choose L&P Heating?
Not quite sure what you’re looking for? Here is a quick guide to the different types of boilers, and what makes each of them unique.
Combi Boilers: Compact and space-saving, they heat water on demand, perfect for smaller homes with moderate hot water use. However, they struggle with multiple simultaneous showers and might be less efficient in colder climates.
System Boilers: Ideal for larger homes with high hot water demand thanks to their hot water cylinder. They are more efficient than combi boilers in colder
climates but require more space due to the cylinder and can be more expensive to install.
Regular Boilers: Often the most affordable option, these are good
replacements for older boilers without major system changes. They offer good hot water capacity with separate tanks but are the bulkiest option and less efficient than other types.

Getting a boiler quote is as easy as A.B.C
Getting a new boiler can be really daunting, we want you to be confident that L&P Heating Services are right for your home and really encourage you to see what our customers are saying about us, check our reviews on Google or Trust Pilot to know you’re in safe hands.
We’re here to make your new boiler installation as effortless and straightforward as possible, in many cases, we can give you an instant quote, just by getting a few pictures of your existing installation.
If we need to take a closer look, you can book a suitable time for us to pop by at a time that’s convenient for you for us to carry out a survey.
We will put together a quotation free of charge, detailing the scope of the works, and our recommendation on the best solution for your home, at this point, if there is anything you’re not quite sure on, let us know, we will be more than happy to explain in a little more detail.
Once you’re happy to proceed, pay the agreed deposit and our installation team will be with you on the agreed date to begin your installation.
What happens on the day of your installation?
We always aim to arrive at the property at the agreed time, usually 8am. The first thing our team will do is apply carpet protectors and cover surface areas with dust sheets to make sure your home is well looked after while we undertake the installation of your new boiler.
The water and gas will be isolated to allow us to remove your existing boiler. This does mean that for the duration of the installation, there will be no running water, so be sure to fill the kettle before we arrive.
Bring environmentally conscious, we will take away all of the debris andpackaging and recycle as much of it as possible, leaving your home justas neat and tidy as we found it, only a little cosier thanks to your new boiler.
Once your new boiler has been installed, we will complete the registration with Gas Safe / Oftec and with Worcester Bosch, shortly after you will receive your certificates.

How long will it take to recieve my quote back? -
It only takes about 30 seconds to get an idea of how much it will cost to install a new boiler, just answer a few quick questions (quotes are subject to survey) here.
We aim to install your new boiler within 1-3 working days where possible, please be aware during exceptionally cold spells this can extend our lead times, but we always try to prioritise vulnerable customers.
A Worcester 25KW 4000 or a 28CDI Compact, usually suits these properties, however we would always recommend a free survey to allow us to recommend the most suitable product for your needs.
This can vary depending on the level of remedial work involved, once we have carried out a free of charge quotation, we will be able to confirm the expected duration of the job, if for any reason the works run over, your original quote will stand, and you will not be charged for any additional time.
The lifespan of your boiler can vary depending on usage and correct maintenance, during any service we will try to give you an honest opinion on replacement where necessary.
